Fan Jam is a business concept that has been in development over the last 12 years. Our “Mission” is to provide young girls and ladies with opportunities for long-term careers in the Fashion and related industries. We specialize in personal management to ensure that the development is effective and well balanced during their informative years.

This provides the opportunity, to take a gap year after their schooling, with all the starting blocks of a good foundation in place. In today’s world, with the changing environment, it has become a necessity of finding “entrepreneurial “opportunities.

We believe that a happy and well balanced young individual, with all the necessary tools and drive needed, does have the ability to succeed if supported.

In previous years, the fashion industry, had the reputation of being either education or modelling. Our beliefs and years of experience have showed that with the right developmental paths being taken, the opportunities are endless.

 We only have the top people within our business structure and I can assure you, it is a hard 3 year’s building their businesses, once they complete their schooling.
